'This is the first hotel that actually provides you with 2 racks to put your suitcases on. Good thinking! Very nicely designed, modern hotel with interesting old cars etc. on display. The room on the second floor was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. A plate with fruit was also there. 4 free bottles water. 'We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.'
