'I loved the fact that we could park in front of the property, away from te busy street. The room was lovely, with enough space and a beautiful bathroom (not in the room but just outside). 'We were warmly welcomed and given the keys early, and able to drop our bags off, so we could come back when the room was ready and let ourselves in. The room was small but had two chairs by the window which was lovely for looking out at the beach whilst enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. The fridge was great for keeping drinks cool and being able to use fresh milk was a bonus. Breakfast was very good and the cooked breakfast ingredients were of a high quality. '

'The property is tastefully decorated in great condition and extremely clean and tidy. We street parked during our stay with no issues with a parking pass from our amazing host Maxine. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her , went above and beyond to make our experience of Weymouth the best it could be starting the day with a delicious breakfast and the go too’s and must sees of what the area had to offer. Booking anywhere else would be a waste of money… this is the place it Stands...

'Got a family room (5people) with sea view which was freshly renovated clean and spacious. Newly furnished, new comfy mattresses large winfow facing the sea. Bathroom freshly renovated and modern with shower cubicle. The pictures in the listing were taken before renovation and doesn't do the justice. I was impressed with the room. After gaining access eventually found property had not been cleaned, no bedding , clearly untidy and very poor. Basically , inhabitable. Would not recommend this property.'
