'Lovely hotel in an ideal spot for walks along the Dorset coast'

'Very enjoyable stay at The George. Staff very helpful, breakfast was great, didn't need lunch any of the days we stayed. Room 3 was perfect for a family, two separate rooms with a bathroom in between.'

'This is my second time at this property. I liked it so much I went back. With a change of ownership it’s only got better and Emma - Jane and her team are spot on in everything they do. I could not praise them highly enough. Rooms are well proportioned, clean and the shared spaces are great. The food is exceptional.'

'Perfect place for us.'

'Mooi hotel gaaf ingericht met antieke meubels '

'Gezellige kamer in mooi huis dicht bij het centrum. Weymouth zelf is ook een leuk stadje met mooie natuur in de omgeving. In het hartvan de Jurrasic coast'

'The room was clean, shower over the bath, but could be a problem to older guests encluding my wife. Placed my towel on the edge of the bath but it was not replaced, but we were told it had to be in the bath. At breakfast we were served with an overcooked fried egg on our first morning, the next morning we had a very greasy and hard fried egg with black bits on and the mushrooms were cold.'

'Owner left me the keys for a late check in after I travelled up by train'

'We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect'

'Clean and very friendly and helpful owner. Good parking onsite.'

'De hospitality was voorbeeldig. Niet veel gezien.'

'We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. One gentleman even arranged to have housekeeping launder a few shirts for...

'It was a pleasure to stay the night at the Town House, really lovely people and a bonus to chat over breakfast with another guest. A cosy, homely feel and definitely somewhere we'll book again'

'The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for.'
