« Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le déjeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service était confus- l'anglais pas compréhensible de certains employés est-il responsable? J'ai dû demander une tasse de thé à 5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'était la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prêt...Or nous n'étions qu'une poignée de clients attablés. Le service WiFi était pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas réussi à envoyer un seul message à partir...

« We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff. »

« Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out. »

« Hôtel bien placé, à une rue de la rue commerçante; personnel vraiment très attentionné et sympathique; On a pu avoir deux chambres communicantes (pour 4 personnes) mais aucun chauffage dans les chambres, on a dormi tout habillé ! Aucun wifi dans les chambres, il faut descendre dans le lobby, où il fait très froid car la porte d'entrée reste ouverte. Petit déjeuner indien. »

« It was really nice and comfortable stay, above all the hotel is exactly infront of the Darjeeling station, and from the window snowy mountains can be seen too. »

« The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm. »
