Hôtel près de Jardin Huanggang (Hangzhou)

« Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

« This was a very cute stay, women owned, beautiful view. »

« The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception. »

« It’s very hard to find this place. It isn’t visible from the road and there is no visible sign near the road and the driver went in circles for some time. The rooms are not well-kept so it has a feeling of a youth hostile. Staff was nowhere to be seen at check out so I gave my key to a random guy. They never cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels. The location by the lake is amazing but this place needs new management. It looks much better on Expedia then in real life. »

« If you want a unique experience, take a room with a lake view in the Horizon category. Horizon club means 1) top two floors in the main building, i.e. incredible view, and 2) VIP service with separate check-in / check-out and private lounge (with 180 degrees breathtaking view there). »
