'Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. The food she provided was delicious and...

'The bed rooms were excellent every one of them had a shower. Liked the kitchen on the third floor, with a large area for everyone could gather.'

'The “cottage” is a duplex ranch. It was very clean and comfortable!!Close access to the beach ( 2nd beach was lovely!!Amenities in the kitchen are a bit sparse. We made pasta and there was no colander. But we made due with what they had and it was fine. The beds were super comfortable as was the air conditioning!'

'Clean and comfortable. Great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and sites!'

'We had an amazing stay in Newport with friends! The house was in the perfect location—close to everything and very convenient. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was wonderful and very responsive whenever we had a question. We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!'

The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am. Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise. Despite a few minor frustrations, I would recommend the...
