Villa's in James Island

'pet friendly !! great little place, second time we have stayed here.'

'This property was in an ideal spot in charming Mount pleasant, an easy bike, walk, or drive to the beach, walking paths, restaurants, and shops. Near by tennis courts, basketball, and pickle ball were an added bonus. The house was clean. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer on site. Owners communicated in the timely manner and were helpful.'

'Property was amazing and the management company made everything for the stay smooth. The shared pool was great and we were the only ones who used it during our stay. We will definitely be back.'

'Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...

'Fantastic location! Right near King St. and several other coffee shops, bars, etc. Property is very large & perfect for a big group!Ran into a couple issues during the stay, but communication with the host was great.'

'Clean room great service wonderful air B and B'

'Would have like to give it a better review condo not bad overall communication although was horrible. First of no access to amenities till the next day then at the office she had no idea of us getting them then we were never told where the fob was for the pool until after we inquired about it. There was construction noise early am and all day this also was never disclosed upon renting. To make things worse the upstairs was young people maybe college age fighting with each other yelling and...

'Don't book this expecting what the listing implies. It's titled for Night Heron Park and sells its proximity to it — and the pool is the park's main feature, the reason most people go there. Nowhere does the description say pool access isn't included. We'd stayed on Kiawah before and expected the access we had last time.Check-in instructions were supposed to arrive 3-5 days before our stay. They never came, so we asked the owner for them repeatedly, and only got them the morning of check-in while...

'We enjoyed our stay at this villa and had a great trip to Seabrook! The villa was very clean, beds were comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The only negative would be that the couch and carpet/rugs were worn and could use an update, but otherwise it was a great find and value!'

'This place is perfect. My husband I spent the weekend and wish we stayed longer. Everything is perfectly appointed, fully stocked, clean and cozy. The bed is perfect and the view is outstanding. Loved it!'

'Exactly as advertised. Will return. Host communications were great!'

'We absolutely LOVED our stay! The condo was gorgeous, the location was perfect, and everything about it made for such a relaxing beach getaway. It was one of those places you’re genuinely sad to leave! Morgan was amazing from start to finish. Her communication was probably the best we’ve ever had with a host—so responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. She truly made the entire experience seamless. We can’t wait to come back! This will definitely be at the top of our list anytime we’re...

'Beautiful place to stay. Everything was perfect! Would definitely come back. 10/10'

'I’ve had Jeanette as a host for several properties. Everyone is right on point while labeled while organized. Great communication thank you.'

'Good people to work with'

'Great property location, high-end appliances and finishes throughout!'

'Well located with beautiful views. The property is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The host was great and responsive. I recommend without reservation.'

'Beautiful location and clean modern property. I would highly recommend this rental.'

'Condo was lovely overall. The public space layout was great and kitchen well fitted. The cleanliness of place needs work. There was blood on sheets on master bedroom bedding. Also, mattress was ridiculously soft - felt like we were sinking in quick sand.'
