The location was perfect- a short walk to the numerous downtown shops, to family for us, and right next to a great new boardwalk/trail- perfect for daily walks and even long runs. The city was nearby and we were able to find a great weight lifting gym within a short drive (many others even closer though if looking for a basic gym). House was very clean and updated. 'The house was clean and nice although my wife got stuck in the master bathroom because it was missing a door handle on the inside. The furnace did not work so it was 76 degrees in the house then the temperature dropped the next night and it was 62 degrees in the house the next two days we were there. The windows in the living room were cracked open and unknowingly made it very cold. The owner was very responsive to my messages But did not to resolve the furnace issue or missing bathroom door...

'The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. '
