Family vaca 2025

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect in every way. Location and all. Wonderful pool and hot tub and perfect little distance from the beach. All the amenities you could ask for. Property manager Bob was prompt and very very nice. Thanks again and we will be back next year

Great vacation home for family

This house met all our vacation needs. It was great to be so close to the pool and ocean. The three master suites also were nice when traveling with multiple couples. Our kids loved the bunk room. We brought the pack n play for our youngest but there were more than one already in the house which is a great addition! We would highly recommend the property and hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Experience !!!!!

This was an ideal house for any guests who have children! The pool is right in the backyard and the beach is also right outside the door! We loved every aspect of our trip and we hope to rent this unit next year!

Beautiful home and so relaxing

We did a family vacation with 10 of us and we had the best time. The location of the house was perfect. We were right next to the pool and just a short walk away from the beach. It was nice to have both options so close to the house. The weather was great! The beach was not overcrowded. Had nice neighbors. We mainly relaxed on the beach, went to some nice restaurants, rented a pontoon boat. We can't wait to come back again! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Summertime fun at Topsail

We had a wonderful stay at the Villas. The condo was well equipped and had plenty of room for our family of 9 adults and 2 children. We appreciated the easy access to the pool and the beach and the supply of beach chairs and extra toys in the closet on the ground floor. Any concern we had was quickly addressed by the management. Thank you!! That means a lot!!! The beach front was a bit more crowded than we are used to; I didn't notice their was a public walkway beside our condo when I booked the place. We still had room to put up our canopy, so it was fine. Thank you for allowing us to use your beach escape!!! Mary

Multi-generational vacation

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location and set up of the townhouse were great. During our stay, the second floor air conditioner quit working. We contacted the manager and it was immediately addressed and fixed. The beach toys/chairs were well stocked and appreciated. However, the kitchen was lacking in knives and other meal prep utensils. The linen packet was very minimal for the required fee. One dish cloth and towel is not sufficient for a week-long stay. Nor is 1 small bath towel per person. Also for the fee I would think the beds would have been made.

Family get away

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The house was very nice. Spacious and comfy. The only thing that could be improved on is the attention to details. The kitchen could use a deep clean and the shower in the top master. Small details. It was so nice to have beach chairs at the house already. The hot tub was used daily. Would stay at this house again.

We love the Villas!

To preface, this was our second stay in this rental…so clearly we enjoyed our first visit. That being said, this visit we noticed a few things that can be improved upon. The biggest being the mattresses- they’re pretty worn down and were uncomfortable for all of the adults (7). Second, the cleaning crew could do a more thorough job- the floors were still pretty dirty in the downstairs living area. They had been swept/vacuumed, but not mopped very well. The first level shower curtain was really dirty, the toilets were pretty gross under the rim, and all of the blinds were really dusty (not great for kids with asthma/allergies in the house when you’re opening and closing these everyday with dust flying). The bedspreads/throw blankets hadn’t been washed in a while (had a stain on our master comforter that was recent and had to wash it ourselves upon arrival), and the throw pillows were dingy and need washing. These are all things that happen with daily wear/tear from a rental, but could use more frequent attention/a refresh. So basically, cleanliness and some small updates are needed. This all being said- there’s a lot more to love about this property…the location, the proximity to the pool, the hot tub, the kitchen is well stocked, there are ample beach chairs available, a grill, great views, beautiful space. The property manager and owner are great, so we trust they will address the things above. It feels like home away from home, and because of that we will return!

Spacious home, great location!

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. We greatly enjoyed the location; private beach access and steps away from the community pool. Pool was more crowded this visit, as the area has built up with more rentals which all seem to utilize the single, non-heated pool. Walking distance to the pier. We saw dolphins several times, and watched fisherman catch small sharks. Will be back again :-)

Perfect for our stay

This property was exactly what we needed for our family that consisted of ages 2-79 years of age. It’s close proximity and ease of access to pool and beach were perfect for our many trips back and forth! The unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was very attentive to any questions we had or assistance needed. Highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing Vacation

The house was a perfect set up for our family. The house was big enough for everyone and having the community pool located right at the house made it so convenient for us. We were worried that pool noise, but the pool doesn't open until 10am and closes at dusk, so we sat on the deck and enjoyed the evening and our morning coffee in peace. The sound of the waves is so calming. This is a duplex so there was another family right next door. We ended up hanging out with them and our kids have apparently adopted some new grandparents. Will definitely be back.

Very convenient location on a beautiful beach!

This property was very well maintained and is right off of the shared pool/beach. It is easy to go to and from either place all day long and was great for small kids! The bathrooms at the pool were also very clean/new/well maintained.

Wonderful vacation

Our second stay in Topsail at the same house. A little pricey but we love the house pool and beach. Have rented another property for next year same hose but doen the beach a little further as our not available for dates we need in 2023. Looking forward to anothet great vacation.

Location not ideal

This is a very nice home. Very pretty, Furnished nicely and well equipped kitchen. Although it IS mentioned in the property overview Please be aware that this home is located right in front of the shared pool. And it is shared with many. We questioned wether some even were renters since there is a public beach access beside the property and no identification badges or bands for pool usage. There is little separation between the duplex you are beside. We were fortunate in that the family beside us were extremely friendly. This is located right next to the condo community with their balconies facing toward us. Many we were able to see into especially at night since are hot tub was on that side. Beach Is crowded and fairly short compared to other location on Top Sail.

Plenty of room for my family of 10

Property was very nice and in a good safe area. Short walk to the beach. The pier restaurant was a very economical place to eat and good food. It’s just a sort walk from the beach. The only disappointment that I had was that the website did not state the elevator only went to the main floor and not to the rest of the 2 upper bedroom floors. We were so hoping to stay on the top floor but was not able to since we couldn’t climb the two flights of stairs. The pool is also shared by 11 other condos. I didn’t know that either before I rented. Bob was an excellent property manager and very efficient.

Fabulous Fun and Sun

We had the best week enjoying our family, plenty of fun in the sun, and great local seafood . An extra blessing was the Restaurant next door serving many Gluten free options. The house is in a great location. It’s not overcrowded and just a short drive to anything you need on vacation. Bob was very helpful with anything we needed and quick to answer questions about the house or the island all week. Pool and hot tub were great too. We are already planning a return trip.

Roomy House with a Great Location

Overall was a great place to stay. Loved the location with direct pool access and right on the beach. Plenty of room for the family to enjoy without running over each other. Was a bit put off by lack of some basics you would have thought for price they would have included - got one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc... For the price there were some really cheap aspects of the place which took away from what the place offered overall.

Nice unit but very crowded area.

We did not realize that the pool is shared by 24 townhouse units. It was almost always very crowded. The unit overlooks the pool so we could hear the people in the pool almost all the time. The same was true of the beach. The development across the highway has an access to the beach which is next to the townhouse, so the beach was very crowded. The house itself was very nice, and the kitchen had all the needed appliances, etc. The property manager, Bob, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. When the Topsail water main broke and we were without water for a day, Bob came right over with bottled water to make sure we were okay. We had a nice time but would have preferred less crowds.

Private home getaway; great area!

Area is mostly private vacation homes - very little "tourist traps"; shopping/groceries relatively easy access. Home was clean and decorated well; only negative was that one side of jets on hot tub wasn't working; beach chairs are left over by previous guest and are run down or broken. Highly recommend Topsail Island.
