« The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been...

« While the actual apartment is clean and didn't have any odors, the location is not in a spot that I felt safe to stay. We left with in 10 minutes of arrival and found other accomodations, as I did not feel safe leaving my car overnight. Walking into the building the initial smell was marijuana and mold. I messaged the renter and VRBO of my concerns and just lost my money, but it was better that than losing anything else. »
