As you enter the studio, you'll be greeted by rusted tin roofs, moss covered rock walls, illuminated forest paths and large oak trees. The suite offers a living area, decorated with rich jeweled dark colors, hanging lamps, and candles. Every corner has some detail for the eye from a dimly lit emerald chandelier to walls adorned with gilded mirrors. The effect, a forgotten place and time. The black forest green velvet walls, beamed ceilings, trees, and plants invite one to escape, unwind, and imagine. Sink into the comfortable queen bed and be transported somewhere else.

The kitchenette, although compact, is fully equipped and has all the essentials you need. Eat, work, or study at the cafe table and chairs equipped with charging station.

Each guest may feel free to relax in the backyard or on the left side of the porch in the main house. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit, fire wood is not provided. Bikes are also available upon request at no charge. There is outdoor laundry or indoor laundry in the main house, which is located near the front door if needed.

We are not on-site, but are available anytime to communicate or help with anything.

Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art and live music, plus food trucks. Trendy eateries and gastropubs mix with cool bars and specialty coffee shops, while vintage boutiques cluster in the eclectic Five Points district. On the waterfront, Memorial Park has tree-lined paths.

There is a maximum of 2 guests per night, per suite.

This unit is located in a 21+ property and is not suitable for children.

We are pleased to offer complementary bike rentals on a first come, first served basis. The bikes are located on the property and can be accessed by lock-code, given upon request.
Out of concern for other guests staying with us and our neighbors we ask to keep noise in the main house and outside to a minimum after 8:00 pm during weekdays. Outdoor front porch and backyard on weekends we ask guests to be respectful regarding noise after 9:00 pm
