The overall stay was ok my issue was that the elevators didn’t work. When I arrived for check in one was out which was fine I then arrived to the hotel later that evening and none of the elevators were working and no sign to say it. Also the person working the desk wasn’t at the desk to inform anyone. So I don’t 10-15 mins looking for stairs before the person at the front finally came back to tell me it was outside. You have to walk outside to get to the stairs and as a woman late at night that’s very dangerous and something that should’ve been handled immediately for the guest due to it being any gender having to go out thankfully I wasn’t by myself and with my sister. I didn’t get to taste the breakfast because the elevators still did not work and it was cold outside and I didn’t wanna go all the way outside to get breakfast and then my breakfast be cold as well because I wanted to bring it up to my room. So overall it was ok the person that checked me in was nice besides him you couldn’t find anybody at the front the rest of my time and for this place to be kind of new elevators should’ve worked and some kind of sign should’ve been put up about them not working and how to get to your room.
