« The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. The wall switch light by the door was too dim, around a 40-watt light. Three of the other lamps didn't...

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« The only thing I disliked was the high prices for sundry items. I expected this, so I was not surprised. $8 for a soft drink and small candy bar is a lot. Next time I will be more prepared. I really enjoyed the fact that the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Everyone I spoke with on the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay again. »

« Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us. »

« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again. »
