Avoid this hotel at all costs.
After a 9-hour drive from Florida, we arrived at Homewood Suites Shreveport at 1:00 a.m. for our confirmed reservation, only to be told, “we messed up and we don’t have a room for you. I guess I should have called you.” They sent us to the Hilton Garden Inn.
We specifically booked a room that was advertised to sleep six (2-queen suite with a pullout sofa). The replacement room had only 2 queen beds, no sofa - sleeping 4. When I pointed this out,...

« The rooms were spacious enough for three adults and convenient if you were going to the casino. We were there in July and the sign on the desk said the pool was closed - no reason just closed, but nothing on Expedia said the pool was not available, so that was disappointing. The hotel seem to be run down and outdated, but it was okay for a one night stay. I would not stay at this hotel for an extended period. »
