'The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game.'

'The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers. She gave us amazing suggestions about places to see and go. Eloy was as well super helpful and super nice. Our overall time was incredible; it is a great place to re-set and recharge. Thank you...

'Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example)
The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out.
