'No nos dejaron ingresar hasta despues de las 3 pm, ni siquiera a la alberca, cuando llegamos a las 2:30 se fue la luz y no me dieron mi habitación por ese motivo solo un "hasta que llegue te entrego" estuvimos 7 hrs sin luz y sin agua en todo el Hotel y por lo tanto sin que me entregaran habitación. Entiendo que el problema de la luz es algo extraordinario, pero se noto que no tienen un plan de contingencia vs esos detalles y que su personal no esta capacitado ni tiene empatia con el cliente...
