'This place is awesome. I wish we had stayed longer. We stopped here for the night because it is the half way point for the Shimanami Kaido bike route. The residence was an independent structure with a large window looking out to the sea and the bridge. Sunrise was gorgeous. The unit has a beautiful bathroom, very nice bedroom and new clean kitchen. Everything about the residence was top-notch, including the amenities. The breakfast and dinner that we chose were amazing. Loved this place....

'2歳の子連れで朝食なしの素泊まりで2泊しました。 施設は古そうでしたが清掃が行き届いているし、お部屋も共用部分も広々としていてとても快適に過ごせました。何より驚いたのが無料の貸出グッズの豊富さです。ヘアアイロンから子供のグッズまでたくさん網羅していて感動しました。ほとんどホテルにいなくて利用するタイミングは無かったのですが、ちょっとした小さい子用の遊べるスペースにも色んなおもちゃがあって子供も喜んでました。色んな場面でホテルからのおもてなしの気持ちが感じられて次は朝食付けてホテルを満喫する予定でまた来たいと思いました。'

'The room was bigger than the average Japanese single hotelroom, and had nice furnishing. The staff is friendly and the Japanese breakfast is a treat. Try their coffee, great quality. Kikusui is close to Imabari port area. If you don't mind a 12 minute walk from the station, it is a nice and interesting part of town to stay and walk around. The views are marvellous.'
