« This was one of the most anticipated stops along our road trip. We were only able to stay one night due to availability but we would have loved to stay longer. The place was very quiet, peaceful and romantic. The space was mindfully designed and very visually appealing. I can tell the owner out a lot of thought into the interior design. The heated floors + heated towel rack made the place even more cozy. We enjoyed the stars in the jacuzzi but unfortunately didn’t see the northern lights...

« Beautiful property perfect for our group of four couples. Surprise was that Ursula left basics and more in the fridge to help since we hadn't bought groceries yet Great location about 30 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Quiet neighborhood and we even saw the northern lights from the back patio! Would not hesitate to book again! »

« The house was as described and had everything we needed. It was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 very well. We did have a need and it was taken care of immediately by the property owners. We even were able to see the northern lights a couple days! »

« This house was great for three couples. Three bedrooms. One big full bathroom with another bathroom with a toilet, which was perfect to have. Kitchen was equipped plus the outdoor grill. There were a few spices so when we cooked we didn’t have to purchase. The hot tub is excellent way to end the night. As far as location, we loved the private space being outside of town. There looked like there was a vegetable stand around the corner but we didn’t end up needing to stop. We did two day trips...

« Excellent, updated, modern apartment. Good location to explore Golden Circle. We enjoyed the hot tub on site and the Tomato farm nearby. Very spacious, The hosts were easy to communicate with prior to arrival and were very responsive to our questions. Great stay in Iceland! »

« Great accommodation experience. The host was very kind and always reminded us of the weather conditions and schedule. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and it is the best place I have stayed in Iceland. I recommend it.  »

« The Historical House was in an ideal location and provided plenty of space to enjoy togetherness. The property manager was very quick with helpful responses. One of our daughters picked up pastries nearby every morning that we enjoyed together over the large sharing table. The kids enjoyed small sleeping areas and it was just a very comfortable situation allowing day trips to Golden Circle and The Blue Lagoon. Delightful dinners were shared nearby each evening. « Great location! You can get on the highway quickly and getting to the centre is no problem. Lots of room for everyone. Not at all flexible on check-in/check-out times, which was stressful as we were a group of people with different flight times, but overall, it was a good place to stay. »
