Lodges in Isla Mujeres

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The rooms and hotel itself is okay, nothing to write home about, just okay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent. It’s just a block away from the Main Street that the ferry terminal is on and the main avenue of shops and restaurants.'

'Nette kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.'

'This property is exactly what I expected. It was clean, right across from central beach, 2 blocks from restaurant row. Pool was clean. I didnt eat or drink there due to so many other options really close by. They swept the entire property, parking lot and all every morning 6am. Clean towels provided for the beach. Golf cart parking seems to be complimentary. Staff was helpful.'

'Location is great; beachfront as well as within walking distance to all. The hotel is safe and clean.'

'Harper clean room. air was'

'Leuk hotel met een heel goede ligging. Het ligt alleen net niet echt aan hat strand wat de foto's wel doen geloven. En de kamers zijn verouderd en de bedden klein en slecht. Wél een heerlijke douche en vriendelijk personeel'

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'Prijs kwaliteit was het ondermaats. Wifi was slecht in de kamers, in het hotel en op het strand was dit uitstekend. Douche had weinig druk en werd niet warm. '

'Unique & clean. They think of everything including hairdryer, toaster etc. Really very nice & great location!'

'Rustig, schoon hotel, met plezierige ligging. In de hangmat lezen met op de achtergrond de branding ...hemels. Ook voor alleenreizenden.'

'Love staying at this hotel. The staff is great. Carlos and Roger help with anything you need. The view is amazing and also love the swim up bar. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Susan A'

'I forgot my key inside the room, 6pm and nobody was available to help in reception, have to make several calls and finally someone reply that nobody will be available , to take any key from the office that it will open my room, that made me think about how safe it is if any key can open your room. About one hour pass to be able to get to my room. It is my fault for loosing the key'

'Absolutely best view, close to the center of downtown and easy access'

'This was a beautiful resort with very beautiful views and the staff that severed us were very nice and helpful. The only complaints I have are there was hair in the tub and on the floor. Also the AC did not get past 22 Celsius and we asked for a different room or maintenance to fix it and the maintenance guy just turned the fan all the way up which didn't help.'

'Proche du centre, idéalement situé, plage et lit king size, douche, pour moi il ne manque rien.'

'La ubicación es excelente'
