Casa De Jaguar, Most Photographed Home on the Island

Like new house and voted 'Most Photographed Home on the Island'. Casa de Jaguar lies at the more private, south end of Isla Mujeres. This Mexican-style hacienda overlooks the Caribbean Sea from all it’s lovely verandas, porches, and the large heated Infinity pool. Up to 9 guests can enjoy this home.

We have a pool heater so you can enjoy our heated pool in the winter months. Also, whole house water softening system. More to come. All rooms offer smart tvs to enjoy Netflix or any other streaming apps.

Enjoy your morning coffee, watching the sunrise from your veranda or venture upstairs to 2nd floor to enjoy 360 degree views of Isla and over to Cancun. This incredible house will meet all your needs, from a gourmet kitchen, entertainment center, home office, WIFI Internet throughout, washer/dryer, out door green egg bbq, indoor and outdoor dining areas, all king-sized beds, and much more. Spend your days relaxing in the pool or take off to town to stroll through artisan shops or enjoy the outdoor cafés.

Isla Mujeres (Island of Women) is a quick ferry ride 8 miles across the bay from Cancun. This beautiful island, 5 miles long and half a mile wide is like taking a step back in time. Pristine beaches, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, in season whale shark tours and dolphin swim are but of a few of the things to see and do here.

No need for a car, hail an island taxi or rent a bike, moped or golf cart and set off on your own tour. Browse through the local crafts in the downtown area, and dine at any number of restaurants serving all types of cuisine. If you’re up for it, venture out to the colonia's for a truly authentic Mexican dinner.

There’s plenty of night life, from street entertainers to night clubs. Isla Mujeres offers it all in a smaller, more quaint atmosphere, free of the stress and hustle-bustle of the large resort areas. Once you've come to Isla, you’ll come again and again, or perhaps do as some have done and come to stay.

Third visit to the Island and decided to rent house this time! Was not disappointed at all. Everything was great! The manager of the property called ahead and stocked the fridge with beverages and had prepared homemade guacamole and ceviche. Pool was warm and had sunscreen, towels and floaties. We will definitely be back to this property.

Isla Mujeres Gem

We had an incredible experience staying at Casa De Jaguar with my wife and adult kids. Every aspect of our stay, from the property, location, amenities, and management were all top notch. Armin reached out before our arrival and really made the entire week a great experience, from reserving our golf cart rentals, checking into the house, recommending deep sea fishing charter (Chili was the best), recommending a restaurant to cook up the fish we caught, and helping us get our carts returned and luggage transported so we could enjoy our last day on the island before heading out on the ferry. I cannot say enough about the property, it had everything we could have asked for…beautiful patio and pool area, amazing rooms with massive master that walks out into the patio / poll area, kitchen with everything you need to cook up amazing meals, and an outdoor grill area that we used one night to cook up some steak for fajitas. Grounds our expertly maintained and beautiful. We will definitely be planning on coming back in the future.

Incredible property for island vibes

The listing doesn't really do this property justice. This is easily one of the best vacation properties we've ever been to, and we immediately started planning a return trip.First, it's near Punta Sur, which is the chill end of the island, so the neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque for maximum relaxation. Just palm trees, Caribbean breezes, and a view of the sea from the patio next to the gorgeous pool. But it's also very close to several lovely restaurants/bars plus a convenience store, so you can easily get margaritas, the best tacos on the island, and some basic groceries without returning to the more hectic north end of the island. There's even an ATM across from one of the restaurants if you need cash.Second, the house is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. Both of the upstairs suites have their own kitchenettes plus access to a huge balcony. The master suite downstairs is enormous, and even the fourth bedroom is more spacious than, say, a hotel room. Our whole family was very comfortable. We were visited by some charming iguanas and peacocks during our stay.Finally, the house manager is a delight, and was available throughout our stay to give tours, provide information, and arrange activities or services. He's a lifelong resident of the island and knows everyone and everything, so he can help you get anything you need, or give you advice on how to make the most of your trip.Totally recommend this property!

Wonderful trip

Our group of 8 had an amazing time. Right from the beginning the communication was excellent. The property manager Armin contacted me and arranged everything we needed for our arrival from our golf carts to some excursions. It was such a worry free trip. Armin assisted us with everything we needed from a tour and tips of the island to arranging private safe excursions. We even had massages at the house! The house staff keeps the property exceptionally well maintained and clean. We were able to just relax and unwind with no worries. Isla Mujeres is a nice island with friendly people with beautiful beaches. My only recommendation is that if possible bring some groceries(mainly meats/chick) from cancun if you can as it can be a challenge at times as supply is limited. We will definitely be returning.

A wonderful and relaxing vacation

I vacationed here with five other college friends. We are women in our 60s. The house was beautifully appointed. We loved the colors and all the Mexican artwork. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated having 10 days worth of spices, olive oil, foil, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc. We had arranged to have dinner prepared for us when we arrived. It was delicious and was so nice not to have to stop at the market before arriving. Armin was a wonderful resource for all things on the island. He pointed us to the best empanadas and roasted chicken. We were offered maid service midway through our stay which we declined. We loved the outdoor covered patio, which was utilized daily. It was great to have that space on a rainy day. The pool was refreshing and a good size for the six of us. We also enjoyed watching the birds from the back patio. I give this rental an A+.

Our stay at Casa Jaguar was amazing! We started our day lounging by the pool with a book, a cup of coffee and a beautiful view of the ocean. Armin greeted us upon our arrival, got us situated with a golf cart, restaurant suggestions and was available to answer questions throughout our stay. Christmas on Isla

We spent two amazing weeks with family in the Jaguar house. The house is beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We watched almost every sunrise and sunset at the house. The kitchen is amazing! We made some delicious meals and ate outside by the Caribbean ocean at the outside dining table. The staff was amazing at the January House and keeps the house so well maintained. We truly enjoyed the property manager Armin. He made sure we had everything we needed to have the best vacation from arranging golf carts to bringing us Ceviche! We really enjoyed getting to know him! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Armin & the Brady Bunch

Our fourth trip to Isla and Casa De Jaguar will now be our home away from home on the island - as long as Armin is the house manager! LOL Loved the property. Clean, very well maintained and appointed. The island is only four miles long and we prefer staying at the south end and taking the golf carts into town. Complex group as we had been there before , but for some in our party it was their first trip to Mexico, and god forbid, they didn't like spicy.... Armin was wonderful, we started chatting a month ahead of arrival. We were arriving after 1900 and knew we'd want some snacks while unpacking. Armin did some shopping and we had a spread of salas verde, salsa roja, ceviche, pico de gallo, guacamole, fresh juices for margaritas!! We also did some meal planning and Armin had a wonderful woman who came in 3 of 6 of our mornings and made breakfast- delicious!!! almost forgot, Armin also arranged for a masseuse to come to the house - and we had fresh chilled coconut water! Amazing Casa!

Lovely casa with the best view! House was clean and was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Grounds were well cared for and there was plenty of room for our family of nine! Armin was great and met us when we arrived with fresh Ceviche, Guacamole, and Pico de gallo. He arranged a shuttle to and from the airport and arranged golf carts for us to use while we were there. He also gave us a tour of the island! Thank you, Armin! We ate the best food and had the most delicious drinks. Fresh mangoes and coconuts from street vendors. Definitely loved all of the food, but standouts are Rancho Capricho, Green Verde, Rinconcito Kahlo, and the Mango Cafe. Overall, our experience couldn't have been better and we are already planning another vacation to the Casa de Jaguar!

Fabulous!

Our stay at Casa de Jaguar was absolutely above and beyond all of my expectations! We were greeted by the amazing house manager, Armin, who prepared fresh ceviche and guacamole upon our arrival! He also was able to arrange golf cart rentals for us, which were all ready to go at the house when we arrived. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is just across the street from the ocean, with breathtaking views. Extremely clean, which I am very particular about. We spent so much time just hanging out at the pool and enjoying everything. There are also cute restaurants and bars just a short drive away. I need to give a big shout out to the house manager, Armin. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best stay ever! Thank you so much for such a memorable stay and we will be back soon!

Just what the doctor ordered!

This property was so much better in person! My initial conversation with the owner was amazing and genuine and she gave us people's numbers for transportation, tickets for the ferry, and the name of the property manager, Armin! Armin texted me in advance to make sure we arrived ok and made sure to make it easy for us to get to the house. There were zero hiccups and he was there waiting for us! After traveling by cab from the ferry to the house, we walked in to some fresh guacamole and salsa prepared by Armin and such an amazing house. The bedrooms were all huge and each bathroom was a walk in shower and huge as well. The pool is something out of a dream and we hung out there a couple days to rest from the music festival we came from! The roof has amazing views! Armin arranged a golf cart for us, took us to the grocery store, showed us some good restaurants, and basically made every single thing easier for us. His colleague Andy was also a source of great help! Armin arranged private massages out by the pool at the house and took care of all of the details for us. He introduced us to some fantastic tequila and recommended some fantastic places on the island. (the owner also had many recs). I can't say enough about this house and I plan on returning one day and have already recommended this house to everyone who asks about my pictures! This is a hidden gem! Perfect for an entire family! I imagine Christmas would be a perfect time to visit here! Don't pass this up! Gwen, Armin, and Andy made sure our girls week was perfect and we are so grateful to them for the thoughtful gestures! Just amazing! Casa Jaguar is a real treat!

Beautiful villa!

I loved waking up to a view of the gulf every morning! Casa de Jaguar did not disappoint! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the North end. Would definitely stay again!

GREAT TRIP!

The property is spectacular. Armin the property manager is a ROCK STAR ! Armin made sure everything went perfectly. Golf cart rental, directions, recommendations, Armin took car of everything. We will return soon, great property, but Armin creates the loyalty. We consider him our Isla "go to" Thank you Jaguar and ARMIN !

The Casa de Jaguar was an amazing experience. The house is amazing with great decor, heated infinity pool and everything you need. The best part of the experience is the man who cares for the house and it’s guests. Armin is always a phone call away and willing to do everything to make your experience incredible.
