'It was a good experience , all family enjoy'

'Loved the grounds, the beach vibe, the upstairs deck. Had a great time in the water and the pool. Grocery store is about 3 minute drive. No great food nearby except pupusas (amazing). The photos are old, but I think the place is like a little sanctuary with all the flowers and plants. It was a lovely stay. About 1.5 hours drive to surf city. '

'The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. I’m sure they are able to afford to replace with comfortable mattresses. The place needs a some remodeling, but over all it’s in a quiet location. All you hear is ocean waves . 'On the one hand, this property is absolutely stunning. It is right on the beach, with an interesting layout for communal outdoor space among guests. The pool, beach, and layout of the property are awesome.But there are some major problems. The entire property had a massive unbearable smell of Raid bug spray to the point we're I couldn't sleep and people felt nauseated.
