The desk staff Antonio and others very pleasant and willing to help..management seems does not listen to them..we did not like our room, it took 3 days before management listened and changed us. The kitchen/meals leave a lot to be desired. Needs to improve if they want guests to return..als I found out aftet receiving the invoice that we paid for mezza pensione..that means sbreakfast plus one meal...
