This was a very nice condo with two levels. Extremely clean upon arrival and the perfect location to get to restaurants and beaches. The loft upstairs is great for teens to have their own space. There was not a major supermarket nearby so plan to drive a bit to a supermarket or Walmart. The only negative was the hot water. Our hot water did not work the first night because it was turned off. The manager resolved this right away the next day but even with the hot water turned on, it was patchy and would get very hot and then turn freezing cold. Other than the hot water, it was a pleasurable stay right on the beach.

Clean, comfortable kitchen appliances work great.The washer, dryer no dirty clothes to wash when you get back from vaca! Great location, Jobos Beach is our fav! We went to the beach every single day. Arnaldo our host, was great with answering our questions. This was our second stay there and it was just as good of an experience as the first time. The view is amazing!!! To wake up to that every morning and then go walk on it. Just beautiful. Hopefully we can do it again next year.

The space was absolutely amazing and perfect for our group of 7. The location is great and the apartment is super spacious. Arnaldo was very responsive and communicative, especially given the unexpected construction that was going on...which was was the only reason I would give a 8 or 9 out of 10, but me and my family had a great time nonetheless.

Spectacular views

My husband and I stayed with our five children. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We enjoyed lying on the patio at night, watching the stars, while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The property was quiet and conveniently located to Jobos Beach and shopping. We walked the beach and found many treasures among the rocks. Our children played in the sand, rinsed off in the tidal pools and ended the day at the pool. The home was clean with plenty of towels and beach chairs for us to use. Thrilled we chose this home for our vacation and would choose it again

Great ocean front veiws. Kitchen was well equipt. Comes with beach chairs and cooler. Inside and outside of condo is aged but very clean. The hot water worked some days. Overall the location and veiws were amazing. Very clean

The place was the cleanest place we stayed at in Puerto Rico and accurate to the listing / images. It was a great stay with was access to food trucks in walking distance and nice beaches close by. Stayed there with two families, and if I am ever back in Puerto Rico it is the first place I will check in on for availability

We enjoyed our stay very much! Arnaldo was very clear about the chick in and check out process as well as property rules while staying. Additionally he was able to answer questions rather promptly when I reached out about a breakfast recommendation (all food recommendations were great).Nothing beats being directly on the beach (and the beach towels included were a great touch and one less thing to pack), plus the view from all levels of the apartment were incredible! We would definitely stay here again!

Out of 5 I will rate this place a 7. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 10 out of 5 is because I couldn’t stay longer, I really did not want to leave. The place is well equipped you literally only need to bring your clothes everything else is provided and is in immaculate condition. The view of the beach & the ocean from the balcony on the 1st floor is amazing and the view from the rooftop is even better. The roof top has ample space to sun bathe during the day watch the stars at night and a huge table to enjoy a meal while enjoying the ocean breeze. The beach is just a few steps away, not a good beach for swimming but a 15 minute walk on the beach leads to Jobos beach where you can swim, surf and find some good food choices. The complex has a wonderful pool, basketball & tennis court. I’ve recommended this place to several friends & I can’t wait to come back again. Arnaldo really does a good job of taking care of this place and making sure you are well taken care of.

Jobos Beach Penthouse

Our family stay at Jobos Beach was good. The location and the views from the Penthouse were amazing. The location did not allow for beach swimming but that was OK. The gated community was a seeking point for us and having the food trucks in close vicinity was great. The penthouse was great choice. Sitting on the roof having coffee and watching nature was pretty cool. The penthouse was great for the amount of people we had (8). The things that could have been better was the master suite bathroom area. It was pretty small and the hot water was very inconsistent. It would not stay hot for long. The air conditioning unit in the master suite had a fairly loud rattling noise when it would turn on. The master bath exhaust fan was also very loud. The area did lose power for a bit but Arnald was quick to send an email to let us know what was happening. One thing we did decide on for any future stay, would be to do any site seeing would be to stay on the western side of the island. When we did venture towards the eastern part of the island like the Rainforest, traffic was a nightmare. Didn’t have traffic issues when we stayed on the western part of the island. Overall, the penthouse was as advertised (minus the master suite issues). The rooms and living areas were nice and the views were amazing. It was clean and comfy. It affords a piece of mind with the gated community. 4.5 stars.

It is not a swimming beach

The penthouse is cool for family of 8, plenty of room, although it is beach ocean view / , is considered dangerous to swim,however Lobos beach is a 4 minute drive or a 15 minute walk on the beach to Lobos beach. The property it self is ok , would love to have a tv in master room , All in all. Would definitely come back .

Calm and beautiful

The property is beautiful and well maintained. I must say my favorite spot was the upstairs terrace. Afternoon sunsets (when the sun is not directly on you), are perfect. Stargazing is amazing there. It’s not a proper bathing beach but in low tide it makes for an interesting tidal pool critter viewing and small pools that are protected from waves for children. The views of the ocean from the pool were spectacular!

Amazing Location!!

We loved the location of this unit! Its close to all the beaches. We spent a lot of time at Jobos Beach and Crashboat beach and this condo made it simple to get to each. The view from the upper balcony is great! The unit has all the amenities needed for a family with kids. The beach chairs and cooler provided came in handy for all of our beach visits. I definitely recommend staying at this unit. We look forward to staying again on future visits. Everything was great!!

The apartment is just as described. Cleaner(s) do an excellent job. Furnishings are comfortable and in great shape. Views to the water from both levels are outstanding. Location is gated, and security is very friendly. Had no noise issues at all. Communication with manager was easy.
