« This is such a sweet place for a small group. It’s very quiet and peaceful, with a lot of outdoor space. I rented the unit for my parents, and they LOVED it! The owners are wonderful. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay perfect, including fresh eggs and honey! »

« Mitchell was very accommodating from check in to check out, his communication with you is on point! But I CAN NOT brag enough about his willingness to go out of his way for you! I accidentally left my engagement ring and didn’t realize until I got home (5 hours away) in a complete panic- Mitchell went to search the house himself and mailed me my ring back!! When I tell you he’s amazing, I mean it! The property is a short 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium, football stadium is even closer....

« Landed early and got a hold of host to request for early check in. Host is very responsive and flexible. Place is clean and comfortable. Prime location, we visited for the Cinco de Mayo weekend Fort Worth Stockyards only 30 minutes away, Magnolia Silos Marketplace less than 2hrs. One night we didn’t expect the heavy rain, so we stayed in there’s plenty of games, movie apps, and blankets we enjoyed our stay and comfort! Thank you very much! »

« We enjoyed our "off-time" swimming in the pool and sitting in the enclosed patio. We had events at AT&T Stadium and it was easy to get to. Will stay again if it works out in the future. The house is spacious and plenty of room for all of and then some! Open floor plan. Great hosts. »

« Home was a great location for getting downtown for volleyball tournament. Only $10-$12 Uber. Bishop art district 10 minutes away for the foodies. Very spacious with way more room than a hotel. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was nice to cook breakfast and relax in the morning. Older home with lots of character and great wooden floors. Host were very nice and responsive »

« This was a great home-away-from-home for our family of 4 (kids ages 11-13). Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pictures were spot on - everything was clean, bright, and modern. Located right near downtown so very close to a lot of fun family destinations - Perot museum, Aquarium, Farmer's market, Medieval times, etc... Having the gated driveway was perfect as the owners allowed us to charge our electric car from the (120V) garage outlet. Would definitely stay here again! »

« this was a very nice setting and worked very well for us. the only minor problem is one that can not be fixed and only would apply to those who might be bothered by noise for sleep etc. the Love Airport is on the flight path for landing and jets were constantly flying over at a low attitude so it was noisy until about 1 AM and started at 6 AM. »

« It felt like home away from home for my husband and I and our short weekend stay in Dallas. The master bed is SO COMFORTABLE. Also love the history of the house and the fact that it was built in 1920. »

« We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area with an amazing pool was where we spent most of our time! Super private in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Haley was very helpful & communicative & check-in/out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area. »

Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again. »

« We were in town to see the Cotton Bowl. this location was only 20 minutes to the stadium, less than 20 minutes to DFW and 30 minutes to downtown Dallas. Great house with comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Wish that we could have been there at a time of the year to enjoy the pool. It looked inviting. »

« We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was 20 mins from six flags and in a nice area with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly want from bathroom to kitchen. The keurig coffee pod and tea bag selection was extensive along with a range of creamers. We all loved playing in the games room and would have enjoyed the pool too if it was the summer. »

« Location was as listed. Had a great time playing ping pong. Bedrooms along with multiple bathrooms was a big plus and very convenient. Ease of access for both arrival and travel around the Dallas area. Will definitely look into this listing if I’m back in the Dallas area with friends and family. »
