'What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again.'

'It was great. Felt like going back in time to the 1920s. Parking was a nightmare though. And it was rough not having air conditioning, but it says it all in the reviews unfortunately I wanted to feel what it was like in the 1920s vs air conditioning, I’ll choose air conditioning next time. '

'Justin was very helpful and informative before we arrived. He was also available and communicative at all times and addressed any questions that I had immediately. The home itself is clean, cute and super comfortable. He has also stocked the home with everything you may need during your stay. Great experience for my family and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, rentals and grocery stores. We were all very happy there and will be booking again next year. '

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful San Clemente Pier beach, and surrounded by an incredible selection of restaurants all within walking distance. 'We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! '
