'The hotel was clean and exactly what I expected based on the positive reviews. I also understand that this is a new hotel so I expected it be clean and well maintained. When I booked the rate seemed reasonable. However, when I arrived at the hotel an additional amount was taken for the damage deposit, and the total charge did not match the rate I had been quoted.
