Partez en week-end dans un appart'hôtel à Iowa oriental

« This is a historical building(heritage house)built in the late 1800. Stairs are steep and hallways very narrow. Has an old house musty odor. The AC in our room was something that sat on the floor with an exhaust tube running out the window. The panel that kept the window open kept falling out so we had to prop it for the AC to work properly. VERY LOUD AC NOISE. It is a virtual check-in. No ice machine. If your looking for history but not needing lots of fluff this could be your place. »

« After a long day of traveling, it was a delight to arrive at the Comfort Suites and find a clean, well-maintained property. The check-in process went smoothly and quickly and the lady who checked me in was very pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, the gentleman who checked me out was friendly and professional and even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. My room was neat and clean and equipped with everything I needed. « The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and large; appreciated the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Water was very hot, which is better than the alternative. Breakfast was decent. Too bad they didn't have biscuits and gravy during the week, only on weekends. Didn't use the pool, hot tub or exercise room. Would definitely stay here again. Reasonable price. »

« The room was way to cold and we could not control the temp. I finally complained and found out that the front desk was in control of the temps. The bed cover was too warm and the mattress was not comfortable. It was too soft with a deep valley in the middle. »
