« The pool are was filthy the hallway carpet was old and stained and ripped up with big chunks missing. The pool had chipped up bottom and the area around the pool had chunks of concrete dirt and even insulation laying around on the ground looked like hasn’t been cleaned or swept in months. The exercise equipment had rust on it and also looked like it was never cleaned. I have pictures if you would like to see them. « The room was way to cold and we could not control the temp. I finally complained and found out that the front desk was in control of the temps. The bed cover was too warm and the mattress was not comfortable. It was too soft with a deep valley in the middle. »

« It is one of the few newer motels in this part of Iowa. The room was contemporary but basic, and it was clean and quiet. Privacy was assured since our window faced a nearby cliff. Other rooms have river views. There is limited on-site parking, but free parking nearby on the street. »
