Landhuizen in Iowa

'No elevator and we needed a first floor room because of knee surgeries. Staff kinda grumbled..lol.. but gave us a room on the first floor and we appreciate that. I know the building is not new but, renovations had it looking fresh. All in all the room was fine and the price was right!'

Auto moest eerst maar eens voor het hotel staan. Hiervoor dwingt het hotel om je parkeerplaats op te geven. Aangezien ik een ongeluk had gehad en ook zichtbaar was. Weigeren ze je gewoon te helpen. 'The room was not very clean. We didn’t want to open the curtains because the windows were dirty. The breakfast was very poor. They were stingy and didn’t provide variety of fruits but just apples. They had run out of food and didn’t re-supply.'

'Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling...

'I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!'

'The room they gave me smelled like it was smoked in and stunk. Asked tor a replacement room but they are fully booked so I had to scramble to find another hotel late in the evening. It ruined my vacation'
