'When i checked in about 6 pm, the lady at the counter was so Amazing. She went out of her way to help me. Other than her, the room was clean but bathroom needs updated. '

'This was a lovely hotel, very close to the Skywalk, which is an amazing walking network, connecting much of the downtown area - safe, secure, and climate controlled. I was in a tournament at the Iowa Events Center and it was an easy 15 minute walk - no car, no hassle! The staff were friendly and helpful. Des Moines has a lot of construction going on.'

'Exceeded expectations. Hotel was very clean. I watched the attendant clean a room, and she is very thorough. Everything is kept neat, inside and out. Continental breakfast was decent with lots of options. Only ding is only 1 ice machine, located on the 2nd floor. Overall, I'd come back!'
