'Hyatt Place Hotel in downtown Des Moines is the only place we stay when in town. The staff is amazing, friendly and so helpful giving us local info and hints as to what to do and where to eat. Our room is always clean with a lovely view of the area. The location is so convenient to concerts, museums, plays and baseball. We parked our car and walked. A nice workout room with great equipment and a pool just the right size for doing morning laps. The free breakfast is just what we needed to start...
