'The host did not respond to messages before we checked in. At check-in the backdoor to the house was unlocked and opened. When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat. There were space heaters placed throughout the house, which was a total safety liability. We reached out to the host with our concerns and we never got a response. I...

'Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with great recommendations for our trip. The home was just as described and pictured. We were in town for our anniversary but would be perfect for a family as well. The jacuzzi outside was perfect for a very chilly night. If it hadn't been in the 30's, we would have loved the firepit, deck, and BBQ. We did have a small amount of snow but still had no issues with the unpaved road the last small part of the drive. 'We had an amazing stay at your cabin! It was just what we were hoping for. The neighborhood is nicely spread out, giving the kids lots of space to roam and explore. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Communication with the host was excellent, and we really appreciated the guest passes to the sports center. We’d love to return again soon!'

'We had a great time at Riverview Retreat! The house was perfect for our group and offered beautiful views. We especially loved the fireplace and all of the amenities they had available. The hot tub code was missing from the manual so we weren't able to use it on our first night and the spiral staircase was pretty intimidating for the weather we had. Heed the warnings about needing four wheel drive in the winter for the driveway. I was thankful there wasn't snow as it would have been scary to...
