'Book room on October 2nd for a king bed and arrived February 20th and was told that they had no king beds left. Then out of no where they had one available. Then tried to charge me $670 for 2 nights when it was previously $348. Also the bed felt like a rock and had silverfish. Will not be back to this hotel.'

'“Full breakfast” consisted of watery powdered eggs, undercooked sausage one day, burnt the next, and no meat option at all the third day. Multiple bread options but no toaster, and when asked for one, staff rudely said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Milk jugs showed expired date, and when brought to staff attention, it was put into silver containers instead of being replaced. WiFi never worked so we were unable to use the tv or our phones, as building structure blocks 5g service as well. Pool...

'Rooms were nice and roomy, beds were comfortable little outdated but place is being renovated. Room was hot but cooled off half hour into getting into room. Bathroom was little small and shower head wasn't able to be adjusted for adequate water output. Over all we were able to rest for the night. Place was quiet even being next to the highway. '

'Walking in there were several estranged guests, one of whom was behind the counter complaining about his car being stolen from the parking lot. The woman at the front desk was trying her best but was undoubtedly overwhelmed and had no help. The single elevator they have was extremely slow. The room was dated and needed re-caulking and maybe new shower tiling because it has broken sections. The lighting was maybe the worst part. Cold bright lights that make me feel like I’m in a hospital....
