'I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well.'
