'We enjoyed our two days at this hotel very much, in the nice Cherry shopping/restaurant part of Denver. The staff were very friendly, and the room was superb. Our experience was unfortunately marred after our stay when we discovered we left an expensive toiletry bag in the room. Numerous phone calls to the hotel did not generate a response, and they were not helpful at all in trying to retrieve it. The friendliness seems therefore somewhat superficial. '

The only negatives were the housekeeping staff were literally constantly on their phones with speaker phone speaking another language, very loud and not exactly professional or appropriate in a hotel where people want rest. The breakfast wasn’t great but we don’t really book for the free breakfast so it didn’t take away from the 5 stars o gave'

'This is a truly wonderful place to stay. This is my first proper B&B experience, and it was lovely in every way. The home is an amazing late 1800's victorian home clearly very well taken care of both inside and out. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic with so many food and shopping options available within walking distance (I recommend the Irish pub around the corner!).
