'Super mooie plek, super vriendelijke ontvangst. Zeer gastvrije hosts. Wij hadden bewust kamer met uitzicht op de Loire geboekt, was prachtig, maar wel wat lawaaiig vanwege ligging aan de weg. Komen hier graag terug voor wat langere periode. '

'The Chateau was such a beautiful and peaceful area to stay. Our host Veronique was attentive and responsive. Breakfast at the Chateau was lovely and tasty. The Family suite was modern in a unique old setting. The pool was invigorating. The grounds are picturesque and quintessential French with flowers in stone containers in a tranquil setting. '

'We were changed to a cheaper room without consultation. Room had onsuite and looked ok, but on closer inspection, there was no WC. We had to use the lobby toilet. Inconvenient and embarrassing for those who need a loo in the night. We recieved a discount on request. Breakfast was initially ambiguous as no clear rules on where/how. Eventually after making a start ourselves, we were waited on. This nice villa is better suited to rent as a whole, than as individual rooms/ guests.'

'Beautiful two bedroom apartment in an old house with private entrance and outdoor dining patio. Perfect for a couple or small family as there is only one bathroom. Gorgeous gardens and flowers with private gated parking. Very close drive to wineries or tasting rooms as well as area Chateaus and villages. No food onsite but Grocery store within 3 kilometers for use in the full kitchen. Bottle of local wine was a nice Welcome gift. Owners/managers couldn’t be nicer. Great base for Chinon area...
