The unit has 2 bedrooms, a single bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. The bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats four with two additional bar stool seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Amenities include paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, and one welcome packet of coffee.

Pool towels are provided in the unit and can be exchanged at the check-in office.
