« Everything about this listing was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our three night stay! Such a wonderful, peaceful place surrounded by trees and singing birds. « The pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully built and redone totally apparently in 2017, all hardwood, wide halls, huge windows, great porch.More importantly, Haley, the property manager, was instantly accessible and very patient with these two guests who caused a couple problems of their own doing. However, at one point, the air conditioner went out on an extraordinarily hot day in 20 minutes later somebody was at the door. The air conditioner was fixed in 40 minutes and the house cooled...

« We had a great stay! I cannot stress enough how close and convenient this location is to the Grassy Gap parking area for hiking Doughton Park. That’s what drew me in to book this stay. We didn’t spend much time on premises, so we didn’t utilize the many amenities…hot tub, fire pits, picnic pavilion, etc…but the stay was comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and communication was great. »
