'Lots of conferences and large events take over the hotel to the detriment of others '

'Our room was facing a beautiful lagoon. Our butler Deependra was very efficient, provided excellent, service. The sunset on the beach were perfect We especially enjoy having dinner at the Riverside restaurant awesome at the Susegado restaurant. Buffet breakfast at the Miri restaurant was very good. The beautiful gardens, were a pleasure to see. They were buggy services to take you anywhere in the property. Very, very nice swimming pool as well. '

'Stayed here for 4 nights after traveling through India. I couldn't really find any downsides to this resort, and that doesn't happen a lot. Really nice, cosy and clean rooms, very friendly staff doing their best to accommodate your every need, nice pool, very good food at the restaurants, very good breakfast buffet. It's about 15 minutes walk from Majorda Beach, but there is a free shuttle running every 10 minutes during the entire day, very easy. Lovely beach, nice sea breeze and you can use...

'Wow what a brilliant hotel exceptional wish I could give it a better review it’s worth more than 5 stars!!! We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! '

'Our stay at Gateway was amazing! The resort location is perfect and there is an hotel shuttle that can bring you to the nearest beaches at almost anytime. The service was excellent. 'Omgeven door strand rijstvelden en palmbomen, oase van beauty en rust, dichtstbijzijnde commercieel centrum bevindt zich op 15' strandwandeling van hotel, prachtige ruime praktische kamers, superlekker eten.... niet prijzig, vriendelijk personeel die zich uit de naad werkt om gasten naar hun zin te maken, kortom ... volgend jaar gaan we terug.'
