Everyone was comfortable and happy. The house was very well appointed with kitchen appliances including many small appliances we didn't expect. « The location of this condo is great, but there are many things that need to be addressed. Cleanliness, updating and maintenance of listed amenities should be corrected. There were real issues with the lock box AND door locks. Both made it very difficult to enter the rental, delaying us. The lock box and both door locks should be replaced ASAP. The place seemed clean initially, but quickly noticed many things that need to be cleaned better. The baseboards are really dirty, there is calcification...

« We had a wonderful stay! The listing was very accurately representative of the condo. Comfy beds and clean. One of the paintings in family room was not hung but secured behind the couch. The dishwasher did not have a steam function so we had to hand dry all washed dishes after it completed its cycle. There was no broom unfortunately but we made do with a vacuum. But overall, a good stay. Had good communication with rental company vacasa when we had questions. Great location! Thanks! Thanks! »

« A great location for Diamond Peak, the house is big with lots off room for all 8 of us, and lots of hang out space, big kitchen and eating area. The kids loved the backyard! The only things we thought might need updating are the mattresses in the queen bed rooms. other than that our stay was great! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It's incredibly clean and comfortable with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It's perfectly maintained and well appointed. The grocery store is steps away and only a 5 min drive to DiamondPeak ski resort. Even though it's close to everything the location is beautiful and quiet. Helen, the host, is so friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be staying again and would highly recommend. »

The host was very communicative and quick to help out in all situations. It has plenty of room for 16 people and is fully equipped with supplies and tools to help enhance your stay.
