'Very cute, old house in a quiet part of town. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had the basics for breakfasts before exploring the town and the beach. The beach is very close and accessible and the house came with a bunch of beach toys, chairs, towels, and even some fishing gear and a clam gun! The kids enjoyed playing the arcade games and the other toys. The parking is a bit tight if you need to park in the garage, but there is an outside spot provided as well....

'The house is in a wonderful location to walk to anywhere in town, and has great river views. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it he space was. Lots of thoughtful details in the living room of furniture pieces with multiple uses. Communication with the hosts was also prompt. Love having a little green space around the property as well. '

'We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.'
