« A wonderful place to stay in Ilfracombe. Lorraine and Adrian were excellent hosts and very welcoming. My room and ensuite were great, with a view down over the town and towards the sea. Spotlessly clean. There is a new terrace area for seating outside and they have retained the Honesty Bar downstairs with a range of beers, ciders, wine and soft drinks. The breakfast area opens out on to the terrace and the Breakfast menu is truly amazing with a massive choice and ALL dietary needs catered for....

« Three things you need to run a great Bed and Breakfast. 1. A great host. 2. A great bed and room. 3. A great breakfast. This place has all three and is the perfect place for a short stay in Ilfracombe. Definitely recommended. »

« Located on main road into Ilfracombe. 20 minute walk into the harbour area or use bus stop just up the road. Enough parking for one car per group. Spacious, well-equipped room with comfortable bed, sofa, armchair, TV, coffee machine and kettle. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Nice welcome, pleasant conversation, helpful owner. Excellent breakfast with various choices. »

« Chambre au 3eme etage sous les toits, tres chaude. La fenetre ancienne, ne s'ouvre que sur 3 cm, impossibilité d'aérer la chambre. Bonne situation, parking payant a proximite. »

« This place doesn’t look like photos on website at all, everything really old and cheap bathroom also need doing for the fact bed was uncleaned wen we complained, at reception they said they will come and short out,but no one turned up so we have to chase them again. As a family we have traveled a lot never experienced that bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. »

« Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before. »
