'The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.'

'The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. 'This was a beautiful condo in a great location. The space was perfect for our family. My only complaint was the dirtiness of the condo upon arrival. While you could tell the place had been cleaned, it was not a complete cleaning. The rugs had not been vacuumed and the floor was dirty. I did contact via Expedia and the front desk, but no one came to clean the room. I was able to clean it myself.'

'We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

'This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. The 2 building complex has a pool , hot tub, kayaks canoes snorkel gear and small restaurant which is open for lunch dinner.and drinks. Nothing was ever crowded. Lisa was great, easy to...

'Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.'
