'Just good conditions'

'the property looks so old and dingy, no AC in the hall way, it was so hot and only one elevator serves for 46 floors. We have to move to another Hotel'

'Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated.'

'We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. We enjoyed spending some down time on the balcony. The kitchen was quite well set up (although could benefit from a few extra utensils, eg forks, a colander).
