The pool was never overcrowded because the community is small, everything was nearby (less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!) and everything we needed for cooking at home was provided. Additionally, placevl was equipped with linens, towels, dishes, and utencils that were in good condition as well. Nothing shabby or used hard. Location was good as well. Decor lovely. 'The pictures do not do this property justice. This fit every age group (10 months, 3 yr, 5 yr, 15 yr, 30's, 60's. King Bed in 4 rooms made everyone happy. The kitchen is set up perfectly. The only downfall was the weather being HUMID and WET all week (no fault of the property), but the screened in porch was a nice easy retreat. The air-conditioning was set to a great temperature. A couple of times I needed to reach out to John and he replied immediately and took care of all my questions...
