« At first glance the house was fine, however as the stay progressed we became aware of more and more issues related to cleanliness. i had to move a dresser in the master bedroom as something had fallen in behind, when I did I discovered what looked like 5 years worth of toys, dirt and dust, the beige carpet was actually brown/black. When we were in th family room the same thing, a ping pong ball went behind a couch and the dirt there was worse than the master.On another note a house that was...

« Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. L'accès est facile, la maison est vraiment très belle et bien entretenue, la cuisine est bien équipée et il ne manque de rien. La maison est grande et avec beaucoup de fenêtres. Tout était très propre. Très beau patio, spa, grand terrain privé donnant accès au lac Ontario. Nous avons déjeuné tous les matins sur le patio à regarder au loin le lac. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentifs. La maison est située à quelques minutes du traversier...

« We loved Kayla and Rick's house and our stay in Kingston. Beds were very comfy and the house is full of little beautiful details and deco that make it really warm. « What a lovely property to host a few families with kids while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the large yard and deck. Plenty of space to hang out, cook and most importantly - comfy beds to sleep on. Every room was well stocked with all you could need and the host was great with communication! Very positive experience. »

« The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. »

« Very true to the pictures. Very clean and had everything for our stay. Nice neighbourhood. Minutes from downtown. You need to drive. Walking is a bit far. Parking is good. Not much privacy when sitting outside. Very good stay. No complaints. »

Il faut absolument pour les futurs locataires acheter vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.Je recommande cette location. »

« C'est un endroit VRAIMENT magnifique pour tout ceux qui aiment la campagne, les environs tout à fait bucoliques, la baignade dans une eau claire, les belles randonnées en vélo et pédestres dans une rue tranquille et les balades en kayak et canot. La propreté à l'intérieur de la maison est impecable et cette maison est rénovée au goût du jour avec toutes les commodités récentes pour la cuisine. L'hôte nous fait des suivis réguliers.
