Villa's in Shell Island

'When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. The code to the door did not work. She was very instrumental in getting a new code. It’s a duplex so neighbors can be an issue. First set were awesome, second set (no fault of their own) we could hear doors shutting very late. Needs more seating in the tv room. Only one couch. No broom for sweeping up the sand, had to buy one. Left it there for the next visitors. Bathroom toilet developed a leak from around the base. Leaked into the closet in the...

'We had 3 generations saying at the beach house, with the 3 levels the little ones could take a nap undisturbed, while the adults were on another level. We loved how close were were to the not crowded beach. We also liked that there were great places to eat within close proximity. Dawn was great at answering questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time!'
