Villa's in Shell Island

'From the moment we checked in we enjoyed everything. From the polite people at the desk to the beautiful pool and view of the beach. The room was perfect for our stay nothing fancy but perfect price point. The rooms were super clean only con is the pillows weren't the best but we lived so my only recommendation is bring your own pillow other than that it was perrrrrfect. Also they have a tiki bar at the pool bartenders are great and drinks are so good!'

'The manager and the girl who checked us in they’re very polite and nice, the next day was a girl she had like a pink hair. I asked her for a hand soap and she said it’s not mandatory to have a hand soap in the bathrooms. 🤔🤔 and not only that the shower curtains had mold. They never been changed , and I feel even the sheets were never changed and good thing. I have my own sheets and blankets and cleaning products , and going back to the soap That was kind of odd and weird cause every hotel have...

'The recepcionist provided me the worst attention and service ever, the room didnt have blankets when we arrrive late night, the answer that I got was : I dont have any, its not my problem, tomorrow you need to ask in the reception. Consequence: kids sick next morning. Later, ask for some additional minutes for the check out, the answer was : not even a single minute. Finally my wife forgot a ring, we called back after 30 minutes, not even a single action despite of the explanation or where was...

'the stay was ok. biggest drawback was the noisy air conditioner. the staff was good and accommodating, getting what we needed timely. as others have stated, the hotel is old and needs some refreshing, but suppose was ok for the money, but did not research other hotels and rental places enough to tell, and booked here because the times and price could work at the time.'

'I’m satisfied with the say except that the elevator was not working during our stay. But the staff was really helpful in helping with carrying our luggage yo 3rd floor and car.'

'The website is outdated. This property looks nothing like the pictures. Your room provides two towels only, no washcloths. and a mini fridge is the only extra in the room. The TV didn’t even work. We could not figure out how to even check in and then once we were checked in, we could not locate staff members to get anything we needed or to ask questions. The rooms were not Terrible but a place to sleep is all it was.'
