'RENTER’S BEWARE!!!! When we rented it the home looked like it wasn’t cleaned for quite some time . The pool area was over ran with vegetation and debris, the pool itself was filthy and leaves piled on the bottom . When I reached out to the manager the day we got there on Tuesday she said it had just been cleaned and I immediately said there’s no way because of the leaves piled up at the bottom . She said someone wouldn’t be able to make it out until Friday which they did , but we had already...

'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely -beautifully decorated, spotless, mechanically maintained, and so much thought has gone into providing accommodations to make the stay comfortable. The big pool is only 1/4 mile walk. The beach is easily accessible by shuttle. We had questions upon arrival and Abigail was immediately responsive. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed and we’ve been to many. '

'Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)'
