« Cute little place, at the end of a four plex building. The only bad thing is the wall separating the apartments for lack of a better term is very thin and we had some very inconsiderate and loud neighbors. That’s not the owners fault though. « My wife and I just finished our stay at this condo. The stay was exactly what was listed and the owner does everything to try to accommodate your stay. Little things like having beach chairs and umbrellas, to YETI cups to keep your drinks cool. The property is extremely close to the beach, only just across a less traveled road. Also, the beach entrance is only for residents and guest which will give you a spot on the beach. There is a restaurant called Louisiana Lagniappe which has great seafood...

« It was a great stay! Fully furnished down to the details like room darkening curtains, kitchen supplies. We felt like we were staying at a friends home. Communication with the host was excellent as well - she responded quickly and answered all our questions. Great experience. »

« Where do I start??? This house was amazing! Every detail was carefully thought out. We had 5 families, one with an infant and one with two toddlers. There was PLENTY of room and privacy for everyone. We cooked at the house several nights and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for large groups. The location was perfect. « Great place to stay in Destin!This place was amazing! We have a large multigenerational family and had room to spare with activities for everyone. The beach is steps away and plenty of supplies. Sherrie is the most responsive host I have worked with before and during the visit. No issues and the golf cart was an added bonus option. We will be back next year! »

« Wow, where to start…we booked 2 nights but left after one night due to the extreme disappointment in the property. "Le séjour s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble, car nous étions un couple sans enfants. L'hôtel est bien situé. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas d'armoire ni de tiroirs de rangement, si bien que vos vêtements restent dans vos valises. Et comme il n'y a pas de support pour poser les valises, elles restent au sol. Cela donne l'impression d'être dans une tente de camping, même dans une chambre d'hôtel, et il m'a été dit que toutes les chambres étaient ainsi.L'architecte qui a dessiné les plans de cet hôtel ne devait pas encore avoir obtenu son diplôme ou n'a jamais voyagé en couple ou en famille. En effet, je me demande comment un couple et un enfant peuvent vivre dans de telles conditions, d'autant plus que les chambres sont très petites. Il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans les chambres, ce qui vous oblige à emmener vos objets de valeur à la plage ou à la piscine, vous procurant un certain stress tout au long du séjour. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et discret. "
