« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! « We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. « The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. « Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. »
