« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Pros: The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and had a microwave and mini fridge. Hotel was peaceful and not noisy. Swimming pool was really nice with a gradual walk-in and was shallow on that end, which was really nice for small children. There was a nice walkway right down to the beach. « We had to wait till after checkin time to get in the room and it wasn’t even well stocked. There was no regular caffeinated coffee, there was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower and just overall severely disappointed that we weren’t able to utilize the room with the view that I paid extra for. »
