'This house served us well as a base for our adventures around Paquera. We visited Curu, beaches, and bioluminescent kayaking during our stay. We were able to make meals and spend some time at the house in the AC. We saw the macaws and oranged chinned parakeets from the yard. This place is nothing fancy but it was perfect for us. '

'Villa Mer is centrally located to many activities most within a 90 minute drive. Randal the owner is very responsive via What'sApp and the grounds keeper does his job without interfering with the guests enjoyment of the property. 'Easy to get to. Very nice neighborhood. Clean and modern with individual A/C for each room. Suzanne met us in front of house and walked us through the operation and features of property. The 2 brochures they sent us ahead of time were very informational and useful. We stayed at 3 properties in various towns on this trip and this was the concensus favorite.'
